Client Success Story (How member insight fueled stronger retention and growth) |
 |
|
Big Red M partnered with the Oklahoma State Chamber during a pivotal transition to bring clarity to membership strategy, revenue priorities, and long-term growth.
Through member interviews, surveys, and industry benchmarking, we uncovered how members truly perceived value, where retention risk was highest, and how the Chamber compared to peer organizations across Oklahoma and beyond.
A deep analysis of retention data, segmentation by company size, and marketing collateral revealed early membership years as the most vulnerable, and highlighted clear opportunities to modernize engagement and communications.
With tailored recommendations across staffing, sales structure, commissions, and sponsorship models, the Chamber achieved a 94% member retention rate, six-figure improvements in event profitability, and a stronger, more predictable sponsor renewal pipeline.
This engagement shows how data-backed insights can translate into confident decisions, measurable results, and sustainable impact.

Where Design Meets Delivery
(A smarter merch system built for ABWA) |

As ABWA prepared for a new branding reveal, they wanted merchandise that reflected their evolving brand and a smoother way for members to order and receive it. Behind the scenes, they also needed to eliminate the work of storing inventory and managing fulfillment.
Our publishing and design team streamlined the entire process, pairing a merch refresh with a modern e-commerce setup that made ordering easier for members and fulfillment effortless for staff.
As our Senior Graphic Designer, Jon Cannon shared:
“ABWA needed a merch refresh in the lead-up to their new branding reveal. They also needed a new and more efficient way for their members to order and receive merch. Behind the scenes, ABWA also needed to offload the job of storing inventory and packing and shipping orders. That’s a lot, right?
With Printful and Shopify, we were able to knock out all of those requests quickly and with relative ease...”
The result was a flexible, on-brand merch system that supports ABWA’s growth without adding operational complexity. |
